Installing a Central Vacuum Cleaner is simple

Puzair ProEko 10’s installation meets all of the modern constructions building requirements. When the system is being designed to meet all of the possible individual needs, we specially pay attention to all of the pipe routes, and the sizes of the actual pipes, which vary from Æ50 –160mm. The systems central unit will be located in the technical area of the building, either in the basement or at the air conditioning chambers on the roof. While designing, we also pay attention to the fire safety and noise reduction.

And the Expenses?

Naturally every instalment has to be designed individually but the general rule is that a concentrated central vacuum cleaner costs € 650-700/ apartment. Naturally our services include everything from designing the system to completing the instalment.

The expenses can also be divided between the inhabitants and the constructor, or it can be split with the apartments. When this is applied, the constructor or the cooperative apartments, pays the basic expenses of the system - which includes the central unit and the piping – and the future inhabitants of the apartments take care of the expenses of connecting to the system. In this case the expenses divide according to agreements made but generally the division is 50-50% between the participants.
